The illegitimate Biden regime is weaponizing federal agencies like the Federal Bureau of Investigation and IRS (to the point of heavily arming IRS agents), turning them into instruments of political persecution with which to silence the opposition.

We have witnessed that with the ongoing witch hunt being perpetrated against patriots who peacefully participated in the January 6 rally at the U.S. Captiol. We just saw that with the illegal, politically motivated raid on President Donald Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago.

This is precisely why Florida and other states must exercise their constitutional state sovereignty and rein in this federal overreach, which threatens to destroy law and order and reduce the United States to something akin to a third world banana republic.

For this reason, I vow, when elected, to introduce the Keep the Feds Out of Florida Act, which would prohibit federal agencies like the FBI from setting foot into Florida without express authorization from the state government.

Under this legislation, federal agents who violate this provision and illegally conduct operations within our borders will be subject to arrest and prosecution by Florida authorities.

Moreover, Floridians who find themselves being unlawfully targeted for arrest by federal agents, would, under my legislative proposal, have the legal right and authorization to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their property by using force if need be in order to resist such unlawful, tyrannical arrests. The legal protections Floridians have under the state’s Stound Your Ground law would extend to those defending themselves from the unlawful actions of unauthorized federal agents.

Such use of force would exist within the framework of the legislation I propose should it be signed into law and would apply if federal agents were to begin going to round up Floridians unlawfully. It is not meant to be construed as a call for anyone anywhere at the present time to commit any act of violence against a federal official or any other individual, or to commit acts of illegal, extra-judicial, or vigilante violence.
